The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water and with an outdoor dining area, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.
Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Been going to the Golden Sands since the 80s. Love it there. Since Vacasa took over prices jumped up and tough to get through to a person when having an issue.

I loved how easy it was to check in and out. Everyone needed was made avaito us. Everyone was just super. The condo was perfect. Thank you Everyone for a fantastic stay

The AC gave us issues half way through the week but was fixed by the maintenance personnel. Would come back again.

The unit was so beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Vacasa was very easy to deal with and available with reporting my concerns. They would have easily gotten 5 stars. However, I’m pushing it to give 3 stars because we couldn’t sit on the balcony. Someone was smoking non stop, and it was horrible. I reported it twice, but whoever it was, didn’t stop. I have bad allergies and spent my first night sick in bed. Hopefully this this can be fixed in case it happens again in a non smoking building.
