The Space:
The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. Renovated stand up shower, new living room sofa, new HVAC system, new registers and all ducts were professionally cleaned. More improvements coming! It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and Smart TV's. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had a great time. We stay in this complex every year so we are very familiar with it. It is very clean and they keep the grounds very tidy. Our unit overall was very nice. Dated and a bit old but it worked just fine! We had to move a couple of lamps and stuff to make it a little more kid friendly but overall we were very impressed. We loved that there were kid utensils and a basket of kid games/puzzles/books! Something to note... There was broken glass on the balcony thank God my mom found it before my kids! Also the dinner table had a leg that was cracked and bent.. we didn't have any issues with it but we were worried it was going to fall. Vacassa was great to work with but the fees are outrageous... Will probably look elsewhere next year if the fees are still this high.
