Things to Know
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice condo, clean and well kept. Only downside was poor WiFi, but otherwise we had a great time here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in is super easy, given a door code instead of having to go pick up keys somewhere. Everything seemed newly renovated, there was lots of light and a great view. It’s on the second floor but felt more high up and also easy access to the stairs. There’s a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms which is rare for these kinds of condos. We had everything we needed and lots of space, wish we had more time

The unit was clean and conveniently located with great amenities such as indoor/ outdoor pool, private deck area and beach access. Parking with more than one vehicle can be very challenging at this location.

NIce place not freshen up need light blubs in place the internet service very poor TV service is terrible would not stay there with again TV service so poor this is sad as it was a great place for what we wanted
