The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Comfortably sleeping a family of 8, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with breathtaking Ocean Views. As you enter, you will find Bedroom 2, a Junior Master, conveniently tucked away from the Living Area with a cozy Queen Bed, Attached Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo, and access to the Bayside Balcony. The perfect place to relax and enjoy an Ocean City Sunset after a day of fun! And just wait till you see the breathtaking Bay Views right from the Bedroom window! We loved our stay in Golden Sands 601! The rental was clean and comfortable, and beautiful. Great view of the ocean and so quick to get down to the beach. This worked well for us coming with our kids and their grandparents because there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms so both couples had their own suite and the kids were very comfortable in their room with the bunk beds. We cooked our own breakfasts and lunch, so the kitchen worked out great and we were glad to be able to do laundry as well. We hope to come back soon!

The condo was in a great location and was comfortable in size. However, it was not well cleaned or maintained, starting with significant mold in one of the showers, poor operating appliances in the kitchen, a stain covered comforter on one of the beds, dirt caked on fan blades in each room, electrical outlets that not hold the plugs, and dirty/smeared sliding glass doors. Also, one of the bedrooms was a bunk bed and not two twins beds as advertised.
