It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living room is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a flatscreen TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony with an outdoor dining area and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer will make your laundry duties as easy as ABC! Things to Know No pets and no smoking, please The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. There is a $40 non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee required. Please note that the indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

The condo was decorated in beach theme. It was clean. It was right on the beach. The only downside was that the 2nd bedroom TV and Roku remotes were not there when we arrived. We contacted them right away. We got a call back saying someone would be there the next morning to look into it. No one arrived and we contacted them again in the afrernoon. After explaining it over again they said they would look into and get back to us. We never heard back from anyone. We were disappointed with the lack of response about the TV. This condo will be fine if they don't care about a TV in bedroom at night.
