Designed for togetherness, the main level boasts a chef-ready kitchen with 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and generous counter space. The spacious dining area offers seating for 14 at two large tables, plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. Just beyond, the main living room features a large sectional, mounted TV, a half bathroom for guests convenience and sliding balcony doors that open to the pool deck and beach. A sunny breakfast nook seats 6, while a second living area with a TV provides the perfect hangout spot for kids.

The 2nd and 3rd floors mirror each other, with every bedroom offering covered balcony access and scenic views of either the Gulf or Little Lagoon.

Rental Age Policy
 
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
