Step inside, and you will find a fully equipped kitchen with room for everyone to enjoy meals at the large island or built-in dining banquette. A large gathering room complete with a gas fireplace, large sectional couch, swivel chairs, ottomans, and a 60-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to bring guests together for whatever the activity may be. Settle in and get cozy in front of one of the two gas fireplaces.

Three wraparound decks with ocean views to the south and the west, complete with gas BBQ for grilling, seasonal table, chairs for outdoor dining, and high-backed Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view and good conversation. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
