Though you will have plenty of options for fun in town or at the beach, spending time inside will also be a blast with the open layout of the interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen with room for everyone to enjoy meals at the large island or built-in dining banquette, that is more than ready to assist in entertaining the whole family. When mealtimes come around, the gourmet kitchen will be a hit for the culinary-inclined guests featuring a gas range, island seating, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. When it is time to settle down, a large gathering room complete with a gas fireplace, large sectional couch, swivel chairs, ottomans, and a 60-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to bring guests together for whatever the activity may be.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
