Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a great location and great amenities. Walls are thin and I could hear the family next to me. But overall I enjoyed it and would stay there again.

The Topsl property is always a great accommodation with all the amenities you could want with a friendly and competent staff. Our family has stayed at this resort many times over the past thirty years. Always a great stay!

The pricing isn't transparent at booking, but the stay was good, the room was nice, the view was wonderful, and the balcony was a plus!
