The Racquet Club also has certified professional tennis instructors and programs as well as a racquetball court.

TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy the many local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply sample the many local restaurants. You'll also be just a little over 12 miles from HarborWalk Village in Destin, featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and watersports activities.

The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was just as described. Room was neat and very clean, the bed slept well and the cart service to the beach was as smooth as you could ask. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. The same in reality as to what was pictured with well coordinated, visually appealing and quality furnishings. Great placement on the property with beautiful views of the resort pool and sea. Close proximity to fabulous shopping and restaurants as well as an easy walk to the beach. Very comfortable king size bed and oversized bathtub with whirlpool jets. So homey & relaxing! Wish I’d booked a longer stay.
