1 bedroom with a king size bed and private balcony overlooking the pool and the sparkling waters of the Gulf. Bathroom boasts a large garden tub, full size shower, and double vanity. Kitchenette contains a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Dishes and silverware provided. This unit is great for a week or a quick getaway! This unit can be rented with the two bedroom next door for extra space.

No guests under the age of 25 are permitted as the primary renter (children are welcome!), regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration.
All information contained herein is deemed reliable. Rates, minimum stays, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice. Advertised rates exclude applicable taxes and fees. The person renting this property must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at the property during the time of the rental.
Cancellation: Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund with the exception of the Processing Fee (normally $179 or above). Within 30 days (once your reservation has been paid in full), there will be no refunds given unless you have purchased CSA Travel Protection. Stipulations are pending per CSA Policy.
No package delivery to the property unless a stay is for a month or longer. We recommend an Amazon locker or

The views from the balcony are amazing. One can see clear to Panama City Beach at sunrise on a clear day. The pools, grounds, hot tubs, beach access, and bar and grill are terrific. The fitness center is top notch, and requires an extra charge as do the tennis courts. The location is great with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. I could walk the beach to the restaurants at the Hilton and also the Beach House Restaurant in Sandestin.
