"Deja Blue Too" is a spectacular little gem located in the middle of it all; the best beaches, shops and eateries are all within a mile radius and you will still enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded location. Just a 3 minute walk to the private beach in Tops'l!

*While the Tops’l Blue Dunes Grill is no longer open to guests, you still have easy access to great beachfront dining and drinks just a short walk away. Once you reach the beach, simply head west along the shoreline toward Sandestin, where you’ll find popular spots like Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill and The Beach House Restaurant Sandestin. Both offer the perfect setting to enjoy sunset views, refreshing drinks, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere right on the sand.
Can be reserved as a standalone studio
Or combined with the adjoining 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo to create a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout
Heavy-duty adjoining door remains locked when rented separately
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Everything was great with the property I needed more towels snd received them within minutes very impressed with my stay Not tec oriented and didn’t look at emails so didn’t get checkout instructions until today Sorry I didn’t send text when we left Everything was great

Overall good experience and would go again / recommend.Highlights:- The size of the room and bathroom were great.- Some furniture and accessories were very high quality, nice beach vibe.- great communication, accurate descriptionImprovement areas:- Balcony furniture was insufficient (a single high chair and a low table), it would be nice if it was furnished enough to sit outside and enjoy the great view.- The rug is worn out and wasn’t sufficiently cleaned-It would have been nice to be able to use the gym.

My husband has a back problem, and the walk to the beach was too long for him to manage. The bed only had one thin blanket, so we were cold at night. Our biggest problem was no ice: the refrigerator did not have a freezer to keep ice cold.
