Find the best sales, designer stores, and dining options at Silver Sands Premium Outlets (less than three miles away). The lively beach town of Destin is 11.3 miles west and is a must-visit in case you're looking for even more dining options, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track - Destin, and more!

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I loved the view, the convenience, we played tennis, and we enjoyed the beach being so close.

I like to be honest in my reviews. If you are on a romantic trip and don’t want to hear kids yelling or running, this is not the place for you. Parents here didn’t show respect to other guests. We have stayed many places around Sandestin and never hear kids yelling or running. The building’s design causes echoing. Floors above us, we could hear a kid running down the walk way. I could hear them cleaning and vacuuming another unit. And just think, this wasn’t even a busy weekend. I can’t imagine summer time! Walk to the beach is a good half mile. Sure, they have a shuttle, it’s not too bad of a walk.
Let’s talk about the view from the balcony. We loved it! Even saw some deer down below on the edge of the woods until some kid shined a flash light and yelled “mom! Look! Deer” and scared them away. You can’t see the waters edge or hear the waves but you can see the emerald green of the water. The sunrise was great too! Balcony is very private. Which we loved. We loved that you can see the tops of the trees toward the Topsail state park.
Fridge is inside the cabinet below the countertop. It’s needs some attention. It doesn’t fit right and you have to shove the door to make sure it’s closed. This unit is great for a short stay. Bed was ok, if you like a firm noisy mattress, it’ll do. Shower was great, awesome update. All in all, it was a great time. Staff was all nice, the property is clean and well taken care of. We give Mike 5 stars for being awesome.
