Great location, 5 minutes from Aventura Mall, grocery stores and beach. Apartment is spacious, with a nice view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath really accommodate 6 people.
Pool area is nice, water is warm. Extra bonus for the deck and its view.
Overall atmosphere is family oriented, safe and quiet.

My husband and I booked with vrbo for the first time to take our two teen boys on a family vacation over spring break. We were thrilled with the comfort, security and amenities of this property. Guards are happy to help with tennis reservations, showed us to our building and made sure we were able to get in and out as needed. The pool was beautiful and 80 degrees. Great hot tub too. We considered renting a car but there is so much to do in walking distance that we ended up taking Lyft instead to go to events around town. Beach is 15 mins by car. We had Target deliver groceries and grilled multiple nights on the beautiful community gas grill.
If you’re coming with kids, Tidal Cove water park is a 20 min walk away. We went to the beach twice and to sports events around town then came back to enjoy the deck. You will sleep well on these super comfy beds. Lots of extra pillows and sheets as needed. The teens loved having their own queen beds as well as their own bathroom. Icing on the cake is laundry in the kitchen. We did a load every day with how sweaty we got!
My only complaint is that there was only one set of silverware and one cutting knife but we just got plastic disposable ones to supplement. We also brought our own beach towels, although there were 3 in the closet.
We would 100% return to this facility. Super quiet, really well kept, good mix of retirees and families. We pretty much never heard our neighbors. The perfect place for snow birds and families alike.
