Wonderful

I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Aventura, Florida. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. One of the best features was having a washer and dryer in the apartment, which made the stay much more convenient. The apartment was quiet and felt safe, and everything worked as expected. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Aventura.

great value for money for anyone looking to stay around aventura

Christian was amazing and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. location is very close to aventura mall and convenient to drive everywhere around the area. enterane to the property was easy with instructions given.

furiniture needs refreshment, not enough silverware and kitchen equipment to a large family, no baking trays.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in Aventura.

The apartment was specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable . Christian was responsive and helpful in taking care of few issues that came up.

we would appreciate getting the parking payment instruction 24 hours (or at least 5-6 hours) ahead of check in time and not an hour before it. The location is a bit off and you'll need a car to get around. Additional plates, silverware ( there were only 4 teaspoons)and having wine glasses would be great.

All you need if you live aventura area like me

Everything, the only feedback is if you are planning to order through uber eats, the drivers didn’t find the location easily. But if you are planning to go to the Aventura mall, Hallandale beach is very close to and is a very nice area. Inside the apartment you find everything you need, very well designed, very good staff working there, very good Wii fii, I will stay here again if I comeback to Miami.

Totally recommend for families who like to cook while on their trip!

Location was perfect, its close to main roads so normal street noises, overall quiet stay. Loved that there was a full size kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.

Unit could've been cleaner. But to be fair, we did have an earlier check in so the cleaning was probably rushed. The pots and pans can be updated as they were teflon and scratched up and the spatulas were plastic and melted, silicone can be a good durable choice!

nice big apartment the pool was most of the time empty

each 15-20 minutes washing machine made some noise. AC doesn't keep setting and reset each a few hours to basic (72F, which was to cold for us). drain in the bathroom doesn't work well it was only 2 blanket for 5 people

My overall stay was very good. The loft if very cozy, spacious, clean, and well kept.

My only complaint would be to improve on better sound proof to help reduce with the noise due to the close proximity of roadway traffic, trains, and adjacent guest rooms.

1st stay at The Lofts @ Aventura

I did like the location since it has many stores, restaurants, Publix and it is on a far drive everywhere we went like South Beach & Ft lauderdale. I love that it was a quiet stay while inside the property, and you're able to prepare a breakfast or either dinner if you want to stay in. Everything inside the apartment was very useful and comfortable.

The only thing and the most important to us as a family didn't enjoy was the cleaning. Since you walk inside the building, thru the elevator and upstairs it didn't look clean. Once inside the apartment we could see the place clean, but the sheets on the bed and on the sofa bed weren't. We felt as we were using the same unwashed sheets from the person that had being there before us. Full of hair everywhere, stains and not so white sheets. The sheets smelled as if they had been sprayed with febreeze. Not too happy on this part of our stay

nice but need a better cleaning company .

very modern reminds me of my own condo . the pool was perfect for my children washer and dryer was a plus ! helped save so much time . the bed was comfy .

upon arrival I noticed the apartment was flooded with pet fur . I had to sweep & mop myself soon as I checked in I did not like that . the sofa bed sheets were not clean the shower walls were clean so I had to come in to clean everything top to bottom .

What I liked the most was that it was clean. Cozy apartment with all amenities. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to Aventura Mall. The staff is friendly and responded to any requests immediately. I want to say a huge thank you for your responsiveness, attention to detail and cleanliness
