About this house rental
Welcome to Kokomo, a newly constructed beach town home with 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1,631 sq ft and high-end finishes. Newly furnished & pet friendly! We welcome up to two dogs with a pet fee.
The top floor has an open floor plan - dining table with four chairs, a large living room with vaulted ceiling, wall mounted Smart TV, and plenty of seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, soft close cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash, an island, pantry, Keurig, all brand new stainless appliances and a covered patio. Just off the living room is a half bath and the primary suite. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a large wall mounted Smart TV. The master bathroom has a ceramic tile walk in shower and dual sinks. All flooring is high end LVP.
The lower-level has a second living room with a Smart TV and pull out queen-size sleeper sofa. The second and third bedrooms are on this floor, as well as a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a twin over full bunk bed.
We have a parking for up to three cars - one in the garage and two in the driveway. We also provide beach bikes and a wagon for your beach gear. In the fenced in backyard, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off and a propane grill.
The public beach access is a short four block walk away, and we provide a cart for all your beach gear.
Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park.
Rent a paddle boat on the lake, rent jet skis on the inlet, surf fish, pier fish, or just lay on the beach soaking up the sun. With so many choices, you'll have as much or as little to do as you'd like during your vacation.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.
We charge a $225. non-refundable dog fee.

October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours. $225 non-refundable pet fee.

Kokomo was a fabulous place. This is our second stay in an A1 property. Always clean and comfortable. We and the house survived the 1000 flood that hit the island!
