It was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfect in the 100 degree weather we had, and it was very accommodating to my family of 7. The golf cart was an extra bonus that worked well for my family because we could drive it down to the beach and park without having to pay and we could drive it to the boardwalk instead of driving our car. If I had any questions, the host would respond quickly.
