Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom , recently remodeled ocean side condo located on 1st floor for easy access (1st floor above parking level, one level of stairs for access). It recently received a complete renovation of kitchen and living area with freshly refinished hard wood floors, new La-Z-Boy furniture, new cabinets/quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances. The property is located on the southern end of Carolina Beach away from all of the hustle and bustle of the north end traffic (two streets away from Kure beach). Enjoy ocean views from almost every room in the home. Property has its own private deck with private entrance/exit to lower garden/dog run. Enjoy the beautiful wood deck that overlooks the ocean. Brand new bar height table and chairs on deck to enjoy the beautiful views. Two covered parking spaces are under the condo (with extra paid parking in the same lot). Inside you will find flat screen TV's with app access. No need to pack bottled water as the condo provides a water dispenser. Keurig coffee pot is provided (uses pods for single cup or grounds to make a whole pot). Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the home complimented by updated bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. Master and front rooms have queen beds. Middle bedroom has a twin over full bed with twin trundle. This provides sleeping for up to 8 people. Queen air mattress can be provided if needed for an additional two person sleeping. Linens and towels are provided, as well as many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as a partially stocked kitchen. On site private washer and dryer with laundry soap. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets and sunbathing on the beach just steps away. The area provides excellent fishing and surfing. Kure beach pier is within walking distance. A famous and favorite local beach bar, The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is in close walking distance. Carolina Beach boardwalk is a short drive or bike ride away. Downtown Wilmington with active night life, Cape Fear River Walk, shops and many restaurants is a short 15-20 minute drive away. Pets are welcomed with the proper security deposits and fees in place as well as complete description of animal/animals that will be staying on premises. 2 car maximum parking (7 Ft Height restriction).

Perfect beach location for our family. Beach access was easier than most ocean front homes. Fireworks from the deck were awesome. Easy access to the boardwalk, aquarium, and kayaking made it a 100 percent hit.

Our family stayed here for the third time. The home is an excellent location to both Carolina and Kure Beach. This year we took the ferry to Southport and explored that town. I highly recommend the Marine Museum and unique shops. We had an excellent lunch on the pier at Fishy Fishy. So enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very responsive to our messages and we lacked for nothing. The home is well equipped for your beach vacay.
