Pleasant hotel outside Etampes center

Very pleasant reception, room was small but comfortable.

Location a bit beyond the center, but walkable. Strange odor in the hallways--may have been a strong cleaning agent.

Convenient location for route from Calais to Valenciea.

Reception closed at 21.00 hrs on the day we arrived and not much around other than a Kentucky and McDonalds.

Calm hotel near centre and next to the hotel is KFC and supermarket. So when you are often hungry it is a good choice. Room was clean and hotel services was OK, but a guy from reception did not speak english very well.

Breakfasts were almost the same with a small choice. For me was surprising that they had only 1 type of cheese, ham, bread and nothing more.

My stay was ruined by the online scammers claiming to be from the hotel who robbed me of €300

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AT THIS HOTEL I was robbed of over €300 by fraudsters who had stolen my booking details from either the email system at this hotel or from Booking.com. Someone claiming to be from the hotel "admin" contacted me a few days before my stay asking for payment to ensure my booking was not lost. They had all my details and linked me to the Booking.com reservation page at this hotel. Booking.com were VERY unhelpful despite giving them the evidence.

Met our expectations, no surprises

Excellent hotel for the night when you’re travelling. Clean,nice staff,easy accessible and good free parking at the hotel. And our dog was welcome 🙂.

Good location just off main road , we arrived late due to heavy rain storm in Paris and very heavy traffic restaurant had stopped cooking but reopened for us we were so grateful. Room was OK, will use again .

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nothing. However, the two staff members we interacted with at check-in and (Dgili and Tanya) were friendly and helpful, and tried their best.

Nothing about this hotel was acceptable. It is very run down, and our room had disgustingly dirty carpets (photo attached) which I suspect was dog urine. Also a faulty tap in the bathroom's basin; the shower was also defective.
