I am an IBIS fan because I enjoy the clean comfortable environment. This one was no different, maintaining the same clean, comfortable, and hospitable environment that I love about this hotel chain! The room was spotless, the bathroom was super clean, and the water pressure was great! A wonderful night’s rest… Thank you!

Because breakfast, or even coffee, is not included, I thought the hundred dollar price tag was a little high

Headphones stolen from staff!!!

Bad opinion due to the fact that I forgot my headphones in the room, I came back and they were not at the reception. At the same time, the response of the staff was inadequate, lack of attention and just leave as soon as possible. Gentlemen this is theft!!!

They did not change the bed linen for the second night. The mattress was awful. I was in pain in the morning. It took me three days to recover from my back pain.

Thanks to crew. They are all helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is @ additional cost, but the open bucket is OK.

There is no slipper and minibar in the room. Liquid hair soap & body shampoo are same and i didn't like it. The reception area is hot. If you ask a dedicated car park area, this will be charged as extra. If you wish, you can park at outside public parking places.
