Clean and Central in Arpajon

Good location. Clean room.

Small room, dark corridor. Fire alarm went off at 05h, night clerk did not know how to deactivate. Perhaps some additional training is needed.

it's was very nice and exciting to be in the hotel. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind.

They don't have customers fridge and any spare kettle. In the future, think about having them in your property.

Convenient Hotel.

We found that this was really good accommodation south of Paris for us as we were driving to CDG airport the next day to drop off our rental car and fly home to Australia later that day. They supplied an adequate breakfast, the staff were pleasant and the place was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was super helpful and extremely nice. Otherwise everything was just as expected, but because the staff were so nice, the overall experience was carried to the next level. Good for a one night stop-over to the south of France.

We expected a better breakfast as it was expensive and we also had to pay it when we arrived to the hotel - not when we left.

No sign of management control, outdated infrastructure, not worth the price asked for.

The bed was OK, breakfast OK.

The whole place and decoration feels very tired. The infrastructure is outdated, there is no A/C in rooms; and I did not notice any radiators, not that I needed any at this season. Bathroom tired, walking noises could be heard from the room above mine. Staff was courteous but could not mask the total lack of proper management of this hotel. Towels not completely replaced for the second night. Bath tub had no plug, so no bath... Furthermore, the WIFI was inexistant, I understand, for rooms on the ground floor, which annoyed me for my work. I was told that management had recently changed but I was unable to talk to them (evening or morning.) Just not worth the price. I have asked for a token part refund out of principle. We'll see if this happens....

I liked the homey feeling, the location, the helpful and friendly staff, the welcome and the ease of check-in/check-out.

The property is a bit run-down for a 3-star establishment. The accommodations are spartan and the bathroom really sub-standard. On one night after work, some inappropriate comments from friends of the desk clerk.
