Sea breeze was the perfect house for our growing family! Kitchen was stocked and even had great grilling supplies! Taylor was quick to respond with questions or concerns! Short walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub were awesome!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The beach got too windy and on-off-again rain, but luckily we could use the pool and jacuzzi which really saved us. We had plenty of room. I wish the kitchen had some Pam and ziplock bags and a few other little necessities, but overall fantastic place. They left wagons to drag stuff to the beach. Huge plus. I'd definitely come back to this exact same house again.

Our family of five had a great time at Seagrass. House was clean and well appointed. Extremely close walk to the beach. Kyle was a joy to deal with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!
