The sun-filled great room is on the third floor, easily accessible via stairs or the elevator. Gather the whole family on the large, plush sectional in the living area or stretch out to watch the 58” TV. Around the corner is the spacious kitchen, equipped with a 5-burner induction stovetop, breakfast bar that seats 5, and a beverage cooler. This property is fantastic — truly near flawless. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the showers and tubs are excellent. The balconies were one of our favorite parts; the chairs were so comfy, and we loved drinking our morning coffee while watching the water and pelicans. We even saw dolphins one morning.The kitchen appliances all worked perfectly. The pool was a huge bonus and kept the kids happy when double red flags closed the beach. The location is great — less than a two‑minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to ice cream, restaurants, and the fish/shrimp market.This is the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The elevator was the cherry on top. We’ve had some health issues in the family this year and having that elevator made the trip enjoyable for everyone. I couldn’t recommend this house more. We hope to stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful time! Easy access to the beach and great outdoor space. Although, we may have missed where it discussed the beach access and that a code is needed for the gate so might want to make that as part of the reminders at check-in. Stocked well and quick response with any issues.

This house was fabulous! It was even better than the pictures portrayed. It was clean, spacious, kitchen was well-equipped and the home was full of activities and games for kids. The bunk bed room was great- the bunks are strong and built so well, the yard is beautiful, the kitchen was bigger than expected. Loved being able to see the beach from the porch and sit in those spacious, comfy porch chairs. The living room was stocked full of board games and puzzles for all ages. The kitchen had everything from crab crackers to kids plates and cups, and everything was great quality. The elevator was great for our elderly and kid family members. The pool was such a treat after a day at the beach, and the house even had some extra pool and sand toys. It’s honestly hard to criticize anything, which says a lot for me. The location was also great, it was close to the ice cream and coffee shop, and the Trading Post. I always worry about the beach, because it varies depending on where your house is and how the erosion is in that area. This beach was surprisingly large, plenty of space and nobody was on top of each other out on the beach. We were truly so happy with our stay and just wish it could’ve been longer. Hoping to book it sooner so we can get more days next time! Thank you so much for your hospitality and beautiful home

Great property. Great location. Sparsely populated beach. We rented a golf cart with beach permit for grandma to be able to get to the beach. There was no access allowing golf cart onto beach and she was not able to spend.much time with us on the beach.
