Overall, this home and location is very quiet and wonderful! If you are looking for a party spot, this is NOT it and it was exactly what we wanted. Perfect location for a relaxing evening sunset stroll on the beach, however you will have to take a short drive elsewhere if you want to see the morning sunrise. This was our first trip with our toddler grandson. The additional space downstairs worked well for us to set up his pack-n-play to sleep. Upstairs beds were very comfortable, and pillows very plush. The twin bunk beds (downstairs) have more flat pillows if you want them. Gas grill was great, and both grilling and kitchen utensils were plentiful. Bring your own cooking spices! The private pool is very relaxing. However, if you are a beach family, plan to bring your own beach chairs/tent, or plan at least a day ahead with VayKay Rental. We were given a credit to rent ahead of time, but it did not cover the cost for our group of six1 and cost us an additional 100 for the week. Purchasing chairs aren't cheap either. Skully's crab boil is delicious!! My family had it twice during our stay!! We also dined at Hunt's on Wednesday around 5pm, however it took more than an hour for our group of 6 to get our food (very unhappy toddler). On our last day, we rode bikes to the state park. We regret not going sooner and making a beach day out of it as it seems to be one of those unknown gems! The water is so beautiful and the beach is so clean and wonderful. :)
