Beach Front Home on Cape San Blas

Get ready for a wonderful, relaxing vacation in this gulf front home.... We welcome you to Sand Dollars and Sunsets (previously Miss B Haven). This 3 bedroom home is perfect for a family getaway with its large, open, fully equipped kitchen... comfortable bedrooms and spacious living areas. The views are amazing and the location is terrific! Just stroll down our short boardwalk and enjoy!
Ground Floor has an outdoor shower with covered parking area. There is the ground foyer entry.
1st floor has a King bedroom that has views of the gulf. Full bathroom in the hall (shower tub combo). Bedroom 2 down the hall on the bay side has 2 Queen Beds. At the end of the hall is the master king bedroom with a private master bathroom.
Top floor has the spacious living area with a Sleeper Sofa, well equipped kitchen, dining, 1/2 bath, and laundry room.
Sand Dollars and Sunsets has large decks to soak up those hot sunny rays! There is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.
Your family pet will also love Sand Dollars and Sunsets!

We have 8 children so finding a house that is just right isn’t always easy but this one was wonderful! This home was the perfect location! View was beautiful and the decks made it so enjoyable! The boardwalk made it easy to get to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house had what we needed. The house is a little dated and parts of it show the age, but the furniture was nice and the dated aspects didn’t bother us. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Very clean house with an incredible view and is very good for dogs. It is in great shape and had good fixtures. The stove in particular was very good, and it was as well stocked kitchen as we have ever seen in CSB. The bathroom on the top floor is not very usable for adults, especially the shower. Our child characterized the toilet as a kiddie toilet. There is no fresh water filter and no ice maker, so plan accordingly. The beds were comfortable and there was a good selection of pillows. The decks are very nice and beach access was great.

House was accurately described as beach front. One thing to know is the house has the kitchen living area up three flights of stairs! Once groceries and supplies were up it was OK. Views of beach are great and it is a short walk on shared walkway to beach. We had several issues during our stay that management company responded to promptly. However, House needs some upkeep. Mattresses are old and saggy. 2nd story porch had ZERO furniture. 2nd story sliding doors were hard to move to exit to the beach.
