With breathtaking ocean views and the sound of crashing waves in the background, this home provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing beach getaway. Ideal for large families, multiple couples, or groups, you can enjoy both privacy and togetherness in this spacious and stylish beachside retreat.

Two Separate Units: Each unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups.
Unit B: Features 1 King Bed and 2 Single Beds, with a full bathroom ensuite.
Unit C: Features 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed, with a full bathroom ensuite.

Convenience: Two stackable in-unit laundries and two propane BBQs for cooking and outdoor entertainment.

A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Firepit/Fireplace Warning
- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light.
-We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
