Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. The location two minutes from a great beach for the kids was wonderful. We also liked the great room with a large sofa, large dining table and kitchen island with room for all nine of our group.My complements to the cleaning staff. Everything spotless and well supplied.

Such an amazing place. Easy to get into. Clear instructions. Super clean. Host was available whenever we needed them. Pleasure to stay at and definitely would return to whenever in town. I miss it already.

This second and third floor condo is a great location for the beach, ferry to Balboa Island and local restaurants. Condo has some maintenance issues that should be addressed. The air conditioner is very loud and needs intake filters replaced. Bathing towels provided are very low quality and should be upgraded. The outdoor furniture is really old and not set up for enjoying the harbor view and sunsets. The vent hood in the kitchen is extremely dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. Disappointed with this property’s amenities- small bar soap. Need to provide your own paper towels. Kleenex, and soap.
