JUST DEWEY IT. For your complete family beach vacation or getaway weekend, the best-kept secret in Dewey lies in Pelican Cove. The panoramic water views and sunsets from this two-story end unit are spectacular, the people are friendly, and you are within one block of Dewey Beach's finest restaurants and clubs. Our end unit directly overlooks the Rehoboth Bay - you have water views from both floors. It is located two blocks from the ocean and a short trolley ride or ocean beach stroll to the Rehoboth boardwalk. It is truly a unique place.
Step out your door to a 1000+ square foot furnished sandbox with shaded pagoda where you can sunbathe, dine outdoors and watch Delaware's finest sunsets. Includes a seven slip private marina (free boat slip included), and private fishing/crabbing pier. Recently remodeled upstairs suite with big water bay views. Unit includes full kitchen, laundry, and two full baths. Fully air conditioned and heated. Private parking lot with assigned spaces. Private beach and wading area. Built-in steps off of the bulkhead for easy launching of water toys like paddle boards and kayaks. Walk to everything - the beach, shops, and restaurants. Fenced playground just around the corner.
Perfect place for two couples or a small family. Most of the people who stay at this 7-unit condo complex are owners or friends of owners and we all relish the peace and quiet. Dewey's local restaurants and clubs offer a variety of dining , entertainment and party type atmospheres. Take in all of the fun Dewey has to offer but we ask you to keep the noise down when you return for the night as 'quiet' time starts at 10 pm during the week and 11 pm on weekends.
Recently upgraded upstairs and down, we have done our best to offer you a clean and comfortable vacation unit. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Cove. If you feel you are missing some of the creature comforts of home, we are sure the view and serenity of Pelican Cove will more than compensate and make you glad you are not paying the same amount for a hotel room overlooking Route 1.

Lovely beautiful space, check in was super smooth, having a designated parking spot was awesome. The view was spectacular. Clean, well appointed space, excellent communication with host, we will be back!

Beautiful location! We enjoyed fishing and crabbing on the dock and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Property is clean and the view from the master bedroom is incredible.

This property has a million dollar view. The unit is an end unit with views of the sound that even on a rainy weekend (which we had) was beautiful. I can only imagine what sunsets must look like….. Property is clean and perfect walking distance to beach and restaurants. What I docked in overall stars - which the property owner has no control over - is the noise/bass from the club down the street that started at approximately 2pm and lasted until at least 10pm or later. Since we couldn’t do the beach, the apartment has a lovely covered deck overlooking the bay that we wanted to sit and read on but the music was SO loud all day… it was just a bit much (even for my 23 and 24 year old daughters). I just wish it had been a more peaceful place to relax, and perhaps if we were at the beach all day we wouldn’t have noticed it as much. Overall the home was beautiful, view and location were perfect - just the tranquility was…. a little lacking at times.
