• A valid government-issued photo ID is required from the primary guest before check-in details are released.

• No parties, events, beer pong, or disruptive behavior.
• No yelling or hollering from balconies.
• Indoor furniture must stay indoors—do not move it onto decks or balconies.
• Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
• No firearms, weapons, drugs, or illegal activity.
Noise & Community
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM (strictly enforced).
• Please be considerate of neighbors and the building’s family-friendly environment.
Smoking
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or common areas. A minimum $250 fee applies for violations.

• Toilet paper only in the toilet—no wipes or feminine products.
• Report any damage or issues immediately so we can assist.
• Failure to notify us directly of problems first may void any future claims.

Condo was very roomy and at a great location

Four adults and 1 infant felt so comfortable here! We walked to beach and coffee in he morning, lounged on the balcony, and had a really great stay. The condo was clean and spacious, and the location is unbeatable. We hope to be back next summer!

This place is amazing! The photos do not do it justice. It's large, comfortable, and steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this enough. Harry was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with.
