The Primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The attached Primary bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience after a day of fun in the sun.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS

The unit was very clean and updated. Enjoyed the beach view and access. Liquid Life was very accommodating and easy to work with. The unit was well stocked with basic things and also offered beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We had a great experience and plan to be back again!

The condo was a good value, clean, and well-appointed with a nice balcony. But there is a reason why there are so many bad reviews of Liquid Life Vacation Rentals management company. On day two we discovered that the ice machine didn't work. No problem. We used refrigerator ice and bought bagged ice. On day three - AFTER washing a load of beach towels and clothing, we realized the clothes dryer didn't work. We called Liquid Life to report both problems. They "opened a ticket" and assured us we didn't have to be in the condo for the repair person. We had no choice but to take our wet load of clothes to a local laundry mat. We reported the dryer problem for the next three days with no response. Their call center representatives consistently confirmed that a "ticket" had been opened but were otherwise unable to help or give us an estimated day for repairs. On day six we were leaving the condo and called to ask that repairs not be made while we were trying to pack. That's when the repair person showed up - just in time to fix the dryer for the next renters. Liquid Life never reached out to us. We initiated all communication. We used dirty beach towels for four days. We had to pack our beach towels and beachwear wet which ruined a few pieces of white clothing due to the color bleeding of red and pink clothes. These problems were not the condo owners' fault, but they need to reconsider their management choice.
