Appreciate the added spaciousness of the open lofted master bedroom outfitted with a unique barn wood bed frame and a private outdoor patio beside Thompson Creek. The view is stunning and the cabin is the perfect place to enjoy it especially from the hot tub. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is calming. The pictures don’t truly capture how nice the cabin is on the inside . The location gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved it !

This updated cabin is peaceful, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Also a great value: lots of space and amazing views. The owner responded promptly when we had questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place w/a picture window view of Mt Sopris. So comfortable and relaxing. House was pristinely clean. Homeowner also gets an A+ for prompt response to all questions we had.

Love this place! 5 miles from town, out in the country, complete with cows next door. Very peaceful and relaxing with a fantastic view of Mt Sopris from the patio. We soaked in the hot tub every day. There are 3 steps in-between most of the rooms, so a rather unusual layout. Large bathroom, comfortable furniture, fun kitchen, gas grill a plus. A really fun stay!

Quiet and peaceful. Close to Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.

Loved it. 1905 cabin cleverly and beautifully updated.

The cabin lived up to all of the previous reviews ... we stayed here 16 nights while visiting my 84-year old father who lives in the area ... was a great home for us during this time. Relaxing. For those who are sensitive to the dry air of higher elevation, it seemed that being so close to the rushing stream mitigated those effects. We hope to be back!

The cabin is very cozy and we loved the location. Everything matched up to the pictures and online description, and the owner was great with any questions we had. The views and location are stunning. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property. We stayed here during our daughter's Spring Break. We spent most days skiing at Snowmass (~45 minute drive) and explored a little. Coming home to this cabin was a delight. The cabin is warm and cozy. The kitchen window peering out at Mt. Sopris is amazing. The creek just outside the second bedroom and TV room is lovely to listen to. We will be back.

2nd year in a row I’ve stayed here. Out of the fray but still quite convenient to Carbondale and Aspen if you don’t mind a little drive. Very peaceful after a great day skiing.

A charming, rustic, creekside cabin with modern amenities. Beautiful views of the mountains and Ranch. Location felt like solitude but was conveniently located close to town and outdoor recreation. Beds with luxurious linens felt like you were sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen had nice cookware and everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially love the giant covered patio complete with a nice gas grill, hot tub, and sauna house- this saved us after skiing everyday. There is even an extra refrigerator by the sauna for your cool beverages. Host is quick to communicate and accommodate. Would recommend this property for your stay in the Roaring Fork Valley.

This was our second stay at this adorable, cozy cabin. Our family of 4 finds it perfect for our needs when we are in town for a weekend of skiing and hot spring action. The location is great with amazing views of Mt. Sopris. The cows and animals on-site are a great touch for the kids and just general staring out the windows. Comfy beds and linens, towels and toiletries. Nothing more we could ask for and we look forward to staying again for our next Glenwood/Carbondale trip!

Our stay in the 1907 Cabin was a dream come true. The setting was incredible. We watched sunrises and sunsets from the hot tub and enjoyed the detox of the sauna. The cabin itself was adorable and rustic and perfect. We will DEFINITELY be back.

We met our daughter who lives in Salt Lake City here to celebrate Thanksgiving together. It was a wonderful, beautiful, relaxing trip! The cabin is south of Carbondale so it feels remote, yet close enough to drive to anything you may need. The view from the cabin of Mt. Sopris is amazing! My husband loved the creek beside the cabinand, and my daughter and I enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The cabin had everything we needed and more! Beds were great, loved the heated floors, and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Communication was great and responses were quick. Would love to come back and experience the spring or summer here sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location is beautiful and quiet, but close to the conveniences of town. Loved listening to the creek at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the creek side cabin. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as amazing mountain views. Hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day. The creek was really moving and the sound was a nice peaceful backdrop for reading. Nice walking/bike trail, accessible across the highway. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is in a beautiful location! The cabin is quaint, and nicely decorated. Quite roomy. The location of the bathroom is a little difficult as you have to go through the master bedroom to get to it. So it might not work for all groups.
We had some issues with the shower and oven, but for the most part we very much enjoyed our stay.

The view was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check. The cabin was warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. The sound of water was our lullaby each night. The drive to Glenwood Springs is easy and quick. We had a perfect stay and have already recommended to family and friends.

This was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous location, comfortable accommodations. Perfectly curated decor. We would return in a heartbeat.
It was very clean. Heating system was fabulous- including heated floors in the bath and kitchen.
This gas you should know: bath is accessed through the master (king) bedroom. There are a couple steps to get to it. Good nightlights though! Beds were very very soft. Limited cell phone service- we had to walk to the main road. Excellent Wi-Fi though.
We loved it!

Truly an awesome little cabin that has some unique features. This place is one of a kind.
The only down side is there is limited privacy with the bedroom in the main part of the cabin. I was there on a short ski trip with a family member so this wasn’t a problem.
We would highly recommend this cabin to others

Everything you need is here. Comfy beds. Kitchen tools. Clean. Cozy. Hot showers. Amazing views. Feels like home. We had 2 cows come up to the fence and visit with us. Creek on the side is unbeatable.

Beautiful, quiet little cabin away from reality. Personal hot tub and sauna. Well stocked with personal and kitchen items. Just a few minutes drive from hot springs and grocery store.

A really fun & different rental. This private cabin is in the country with roosters crowing as I write. A bit funky but has everything we need for our 2 week stay while, waiting for the aspens to turn to gold. Gorgeous view of Mt Sopris from the “barn” patio and from the private hot tub. Large bathroom, comfortable furniture, fun kitchen, gas grill a plus. Several stairs in-between rooms so not ADA! No suggestions for improvement - I could easily live here!

My husband and I stayed here celebrating our 30th anniversary in June! I'm sorry I'm so late reviewing this cabin. We absolutely loved this cabin! The setting could not be beat! The view of the Sopris mountain, from inside the kitchen window was just amazing. We loved listening to the sound of the rushing creek right outside the window on the other side of the cabin. It was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. We relaxed in every room in the cabin. The booking process was so smooth, starting from my first inquiry to Linda, the owner. She answered every question promptly, and was just very pleasant to deal with. She made our stay even more special by leaving an anniversary card and a bottle of wine for us! Thank you so much Linda. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of that cabin. We loved the way it was uniquely decorated, and the amenities provided. The kitchen was stocked with many basics, including spices, oils, etc. used for making meals. All three refrigerators, inside and outside, had various types of beers and seltzers and water. I don't know if they were left by previous guests, or supplied by the owners, but we sampled some and left some as well! We loved soaking in the hot tub outside with that gorgeous view of the mountain, enjoyed the sauna and used the grill as well. We did venture out to other places of interest, but it was always nice to return to the cabin. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here.
