Carbondale is your year-round hub with great skiing, biking, fishing, and hiking right in your backyard. This loft is just a 15 min walk to the Carbondale core and has easy access to the rest of the valley, via the bike path or bus stop a stone's throw from the condo. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need to be comfortable during your stay.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo - with ample sunlight and cozy vibes.
This loft is on the second floor of the building. There is not an easily accessible elevator. You must be able to climb two flights of stairs to enter the loft. The loft is situated in a industrial part of Carbondale. There is commercial space below the loft.
The loft is west facing, it can get warm in the summer afternoon/evening sun. We have an evaporative cooler to keep the condo cool. This is not AC, it keeps the condo a comfortable temperature. If you are used to AC then this may not be the place for you in the summer months. Mountain air cools significantly once the sun goes down, opening the windows helps too! Keep this in mind if you are booking during the summer months.

The loft condo was in the perfect location for attending a family wedding at Springs Creek Ranch in Carbondale. Communication with the owners was great and they provided clear instructions for parking, running the HVAC system and cable television. We had great views of Mt. Sopris from the balcony and while the area has some heavy equipment and industrial structures in it, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area.

We stayed at this condo while our son was at Ascendigo Residential camp…a very convenient location in Carbondale adjacent to Rio Grande trail

We had overall a great stay. Thanks for the convenient check in and out process.The master bedroom door was a little tricky to close.The AC worked well in the living room but the bed rooms the ceiling fan was necessary.Thank you for letting us stay in your place.Sincerely,F Chow
