About this house rental
Hate not being downtown? Tucked away just minutes from downtown Carbondale you can walk or ride your bike easily. Literally less than 2 minutes from the Rio Grande bike trail and 5 minutes walk from downtown. This 4 bed, 2 bath town home is the perfect vacation getaway for families and couples alike. All new everything and we didn't skimp on anything.
We furnished this home with us living here first and renting second. We personally love to cook and spend time in the common areas as a family so you can expect an amazing kitchen and dinning room as well a great family living room area and game room downstairs. Not to mention the huge backyard that is shared with the other unit. We have a yoga deck, bbq grill and even raised beds with fresh vegetables in the summer.

8th Street Retreat was the perfect place for our stay. The place was well stocked with all natural amenities. There were essential oils which was a pleasant touch. The location was perfect within walking distance from everything. Check in and check out was easy. I will be recommending this place to anyone staying in Carbondale.

The 8th street retreat was the perfect lodging for my large group of friends during our ski trip to snowmass. Jerry was super accommodating, communicative, and kind throughout our stay, even when one of our cars had a mechanical issue and had to be picked up. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding. We wanted a "home" versus hotel room. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and the seating outside was awesome.
We even forgot important things like an iron and blow-dryer. They had everything and more.
Absolutely recommend.
