We had a 6 night stay downtown Carbonale at The Perch. It was clean, spacious, had a decent kitchen, washer and dryer, air, and TVs in all rooms. It is a very convenient location and was surprisingly quiet, except for workers weekdays working on the new pool area....but wasn't bad. We could walk everyplace from the unit. Very easy to access. I would stay again.
