About this house rental

Welcome to a little slice of heaven in this recently-built home in the heart of Carbondale, a classic Colorado mountain town! You will be in awe of the unparalleled views of Mt. Sopris and the historic Thompson family homestead. Just 29 miles from Aspen and all our valley has to offer in art, dining, gorgeous scenery and outdoor adventure. Cozy up next to the fireplace after a day outdoors or soak in your own large private hot tub and gaze at the stars.

Built in 2022, both levels have vaulted 10ft ceilings for an airy, spacious feel with wide-open views and clean modern finishes. On the upper level, enjoy a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV, fireplace and a half bath in the hallway. Off of the living area is a dining area and designated workspace. There is a full kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher, gas stove top, large refrigerator/freezer, and quartz counter tops. Also on the upper level is the grand main bedroom suite. This spacious room features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower (incl. three shower heads), separate lavatory, and double sinks. On the lower level, each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed, one with with a walk-out patio to a fully-fenced yard with wildflower garden and large private hot tub. Lower level has full bath and high-capacity laundry machines. STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX AND I OFFER A 33% DISCOUNT. OTHER DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE, CONTACT HOST. The garage storage and garage parking are reserved for the owner. Guests are welcome to access the property through the garage (using keypad) and store sports equipment in garage with permission (no skis, bikes, ski boots, etc in house). There are two off-street spots reserved for guests in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

While there are no pets allowed with this rental, if you are a guest with severe allergies to pet dander, you should be aware that while this home is thoroughly cleaned, pets have visited and/or lived on premises.

Guests with small children are solely responsible for safety precautions such as, but not limited to stairs, hot tub, outlets, etc.
