Excellent long term rental opportunity for Snowbird couple or telecommuter looking to enjoy the fabulous weather offered in Rancho Mirage during the prime winter months of January through April. Thirty night minimum stay.
The Condo
Located at Sunrise Country Club, the patio of this fully remodeled single story 1,647 sq. ft. unit backs up to the golf course and offers extraordinary mountain views. The condo is beautifully appointed and features two bedrooms (linens and towels included), two bathrooms, den with pull out bed, big screen cable television, fireplace and desk, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, outdoor living space with grill, laundry room with washer/dryer, attached two car garage and Wifi. Additionally, a pool and spa can be found just across the street.
Rancho Mirage
The condo is centrally located 15 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport in the desert oasis of Rancho Mirage. Nearby amenities include fine dining and entertainment at The River, the Aerial Tramway, the Living Desert, Agua Caliente Casino, Joshua Tree National Park and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Sunrise Country Club
The gated community with 24-hour security has an 18-hole golf course with driving range, 21 pools and 19 spas, fitness center, 11 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts, a bocce ball court, club house restaurant and snack bar. Golf, racquet sports and fitness center usage are not included in rental fees but can be purchased through the Country Club as desired.
