This Brite and Airy 3 bedroom...2 bath condo is an END UNIT located at the MOST DESIRABLE area of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. VERY near the Bob Hope Entrance of the community, walking distance (across the Fairway) to the main pool, Tennis Courts and Golf Starter.
It's across the street from ''The River'' with shopping/ Multi Plex Cinema/ High end restaurant complex and next to the Omni Resort and Spa. The condo is located across the fairway and is only a 5 min walk to the Main Clubhouse, Bar & Grill , Tennis Courts, Fitness Center and Main Pool and Jacuzzi. The Bob Hope main gate entrance is also very close.
There is a new 55 inch HD TV and Blue-Ray in the living room and also NEW HD TV"s in the other 2 bedrooms. The Condo has been just recently painted and remodeled and includes a dining room and a huge patio that overlooks the putting green of hole # 6 of the South course. The HUGE Patio has NEW chaise lounges and a New Stainless Steel Gas BBQ. All the kitchen utensils are high end and very complete.

Wayne is an excellent host and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo had everything we needed: it is spacious and light, the beds are very comfortable, the location is terrific. There are a few small things that are showing their age here and there (e.g., toaster, toaster oven, a light switch or two), but it all worked as advertised. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to take too much advantage of the private outdoor space, but we really enjoyed it the few times we could (especially the two times a hummingbird came and fluttered on my shoulder!)

Stayed for a few days in late March with family. Property was exceptionally clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. We made good use of pool, hot tub and tennis courts on site. Property owner was easy to communicate with. A great stay overall!

Loved the property and location. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Very close to downtown Palm Desert and its many restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

Just spent Thanksgiving weekend here. The property is lovely! Rooms are large and patio is huge! The home is tastefully decorated and well furnished. Gorgeous golf course and mountain views. The family loved it!
