About this apartment rental

Ideal location steps away from the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa, and all that The River has to offer! Oversized and raised, slate rear patio offering expansive views of the 7th and 8th fairways, resort and southeastern Mountains. Nicely upgraded interior features a well appointed kitchen, formal dining room with a solarium roof, and a newly improved primary bathroom. Large primary bedroom with walk-in closet, plus two additional guest rooms; one easily converts to a den or office. Indoor laundry off of primary suite. New propane BBQ, misters and outdoor fountain on terrace. New AC, WiFi, new EV charger. Access to golf cart with signed agreement. Omni pools not included. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this has been one of the best. Very well stocked, spacious, easy to check in, clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We had our 2 young sons with us (9 and 11 years old) and they loved the golf cart, games/toys, short walk to the water park at the Omni Las Palmas (which we bought resort passes for in advance), and short walk to The River shopping complex where we had a few meals and did an Escape Room game. Also multiple pools close to the condo and a small gym which we had easy access too. Location was perfect!
