This newly remodeled home has stunning vaulted ceilings in the living area that make it extra bright and airy. The living area houses an extra-large screen T.V. to enjoy the big game or your next binge worthy show! Combined open living/dining room floorplan is great for entertaining guests and has a lovely table that seats 6. Kitchen is fully stocked and fully remodeled with gorgeous marble countertops and all brand-new appliances.
Guest room 1 has a Queen bed, T.V. and sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 1 access.
Bathroom 1 has a Shower/Tub Combo and is accessible through Guest Room 1.
Guest room 2 has a twin bed with twin trundle and T.V. that sleeps 2.
The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, T.V., sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 2 access.
Bathroom 2 has a Shower and Vanity.
Half/Mini Room has a Twin Bed and sleeps 1. Can also be used as an office.
Mini-Office/Wet Bar – Can be used to get business done on your computer and/or prepare your favorite cocktails!

Amenities were fine but there was no extra toilet paper anywhere and we literally ran out in both bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex as well and the second bigger bedroom could use a dresser to put away clothes and a nicer nightstand

This property needs some proper maintenance to the beds and the outside back patio. I’ve stayed in multiple different units over the years that were not as new but were maintained much better. First , if you are in the business of renting your place for people to sleep you better invest in mattresses and beds that are not falling apart and are comfortable. The bed frame in second bedroom was broken but looked like just temporarily fixed so the mattress fell through the first day. Had to pull the mattress on the floor to sleep.
The master bedroom mattress is so hard and only a Queen, which is really unfortunate for the price of the rental.
The second major issue is the back patio that faces the beautiful golf course has old and dirty chairs with one small old and very dirty table. For a rental unit where sitting outside is such an expectation this type of outside flimsy furniture is not okay.
The kitchen is very nice and after a whole day texting back and forth with the owner on how to get the golf cart to work we finally were able to use that. A printed or electronic owners or rentals manual with more information about the cart, when or how to use the tennis courts or fitness center would be useful. It’s advertised as part of the rental but absolutely nothing is provided to help us access these amenities. This unit looks good in the pictures but is very poorly maintained. Go for an older unit and you will be more comfortable.
