We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Aside from meeting all of the basics - well-provisioned, good condition, great location, well laid out floor plan - it stands out for the determination of the host and property manager to make it as warm, welcoming and comfortable as possible.
That showed up in two distinct ways: 1) their incredible responsiveness to questions along with a sincere desire for input on how to make the property even better, and 2) the little touches that made us smile, from the basket of cozy throw blankets in the living room, to living room chairs that were actually comfortable to read in (rarer than you'd think!), to the luggage racks in every closet to the yoga mat and straw hats ready for use.
Many thanks to our hosts for a great month in the desert!

We really enjoyed the location. RLP is close to everything and we could walk to the golf course. Kitchen is very well appointed. The furniture needs some updating.
Unfortunate that the back yard doesnt get any sun.

Nicely renovated and furnished; personally would have preferred more sun exposure and closer proximity to swimming pool. Fair value for the money. Entryway would benefit from some kind of desert landscaping. The two bicycles are really child size and not suitable for adults, and one had a totally destroyed tire and was unusable; No ironing board though one was advertised, and the iron was in poor condition.

This was a beautiful condo to stay the month of December. It worked really well for a gathering place for family over Christmas. The area is very quite and peaceful and the location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property owners were very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
