This newly remodeled home has stunning vaulted ceilings in the living area that make it extra bright and airy. The living area houses an extra-large screen T.V. to enjoy the big game or your next binge worthy show! Combined open living/dining room floorplan is great for entertaining guests and has a lovely table that seats 6. Kitchen is fully stocked and fully remodeled with gorgeous marble countertops and all brand-new appliances.
Guest room 1 has a Queen bed, T.V. and sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 1 access.
Bathroom 1 has a Shower/Tub Combo and is accessible through Guest Room 1.
Guest room 2 has a twin bed with twin trundle and T.V. that sleeps 2.
The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, T.V., sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 2 access.
Bathroom 2 has a Shower and Vanity.
Half/Mini Room has a Twin Bed and sleeps 1. Can also be used as an office.
Mini-Office/Wet Bar – Can be used to get business done on your computer and/or prepare your favorite cocktails!

Really nice place to stay, the community is gated and very peaceful and quiet. The golf cart was a fun perk of our stay. The hosts responded very promptly and gave clear instructions. Great for Coachella, it’s a 9 min walk from the Omni rancho shuttle stop and a nice retreat after a busy day.

The home appears to be only partially updated - some areas feel recently remodeled, other parts are noticeably dated and could use attention. Cleanliness was also a bit inconsistent as certain areas could've been better maintained. The number of visible personal items throughout the home made it feel less like a rental and more like someone's lived in space. We also had to purchase additional supplies during our stay because what was initially provided wasn't sufficient for the length of our visit. The neighborhood didn't feel welcoming to renters, as some neighbors seemed less than pleased with short-term guests, even making a comment to my teenage daughter. Thh listing mentions 26 pools on the property, but many of them are quite small. We later discovered a larger pool very close to the home and it would've been helpful to have a picture in the listing or a map. Overall, the home has potential but with a few improvements it could offer a much better guest experience.
