Our home is family owned and managed, so we are constantly upgrading it after every guest! It will only get better and better every year you come back! We power wash the entire patio floor, furniture and cushions before and after every guest, so you get a clean, spa like vibe when you arrive!
This is truly the best location and bang for your buck in the desert! Book your private 1/2-acre Patio Palm Oasis for this upcoming season before it's too late! December, Jan and Feb still available! March and April rented for the foreseeable future.
We are just 5 minutes from El Paseo, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, the River and much more! We are about 20 minutes from Palm Springs and La Quinta.
Live like you're at a spa! From the moment you enter the front door you will feel totally relaxed and enjoy the great energy our home will give you! Our homes style is very easy on the eye with stylish modern furnishings. The main living area of the house has a floor plan that encompasses a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The spacious Master suite features a king size bed, a 50" Roku TV, large walk in closet and private en-suite bathroom with pebbled walk-in shower. The master has double French doors that open out onto the beautifully landscaped back yard and pool. The two other bedrooms have King beds with 50" smart TVs.
Once you go out to the patio you won't want to go back in! You'll have your own private spa oasis! There are 4 large palms that surround the pool and more palms surrounding the patio! There are also planted red yuccas on the corners of the pool and pergola. All palms and yuccas are lite up at night! We've yet to see a patio like it at this price or any price for that matter. Great patio to spark up a conversation under the stars around the massive fire pit. There are 8 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that are surrounded by the most lush and best kept grass in the desert!
Wi-Fi located throughout the property including the backyard. Truly an elegant and intimate living experience.
