We are located 5 minutes from El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the Desert as well as 5-10 minutes from Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, Jensens and other grocery stores. The municiple park on Fred Waring Drive is within Walking Distance and has Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Basketball Courts and Baseball Diamonds as well as a large Playground for the kids and a large dog park. 2 Malls and 2 Movie Theaters are within 5 minutes as well as many Scenic Hiking Trails including Art Smith Trail and Bump and Grind, 2 of the most popular hikes in Palm Desert.

To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
