Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night
Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every _________, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.
**By City of Rancho Mirage Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert.
