About this house rental
Great house - tiled, painted, very clean. It has everything you need, just show up and relax. The street is very quiet - no traffic noise.
New A/C system installed in Jan 2021
New windows installed throughout in April 2017.
January, February and March full month rentals only.
NO SMOKING, $250 FEE IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE
Pets must be kept off furniture, $250 fee if not
House has well water. It may have a slight "sulpher" smell but there is nothing wrong with it.

Oh, yes, reasonably priced! Well, never you fret, you get that, too!This property is all it claims and then some! Located in a quiet neighborhood, near a beautiful park/bird sanctuary and conveniently located to all Venice and its surrounding areas has to offer, you would be remiss to not consider staying here!The host is kind, communicative, and highly committed to you having an enjoyable stay! Check-in/out is a breeze. The home is clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and extra blankets, if needed. There are even fun beach accoutrements located in the garage available for use (just make sure to return them for the next guest)!The most unique and fun feature in the home was a display of shells and shark teeth on built-in shelves in the kitchen. We added two shells (one for each of us) to the collection, commemorating our stay.We will definitely be returning and hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
