Welcome to our newly remodeled coastline home. Located in a desirable community of South Venice. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. The Historic Venice Avenue of unique shops, exceptional restaurants, special events, Farmers Market, tennis court and Children's Fountain as well as Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice) are close by. This ideal vacation home sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures or families with kids and pats. Finally, if you are animal lover, you can enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret.

The house is adorable.Great location. We biked the Legacy Trail everyday. Anxious to return and I highly recommend to other guests.

The location is probably the best thing about this house. Close to several beaches, including Brohard Paw Park and Beach... a great beach for well behaved dogs.
We had a few problems, one with Dirty water coming up into shower when doing laundry. Another with smell and taste of water, although we know much of Florida doesn’t have good tasting water...this one smelled quite bad.
The owner was responsive and helpful when we had tv issues and computer access problems...he came over to the house and helped us.
There were some negotiations needed after check out with extra charges. Although I finally reached a price with Jan, the owner, I think VRBO charged me the higher amount.
