Unwind after fun-filled days in the welcoming living area, fitted with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a love seat, a desk with an all-in-one computer, and a TV. The pristine kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a kitchen island. When meals are ready, dine together at the table.
The primary suite is appointed with a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Take in fabulous ocean views from the private balcony.
THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved it! Will book again. Perfect balcony and view, you can hear the waves crashing at night. Easy parking and access to place. I loved the telescope in the living room, you can look out to the beach/waves. It was an amazing place, I am so glad we found it!

The unit was excellent. Beautifully decorated (we enjoyed the big crab painting), comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The view is excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the place was very clean when we arrived. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

The ocean view and short walk to the beach which was not super busy!! Loved 2 bedroom and 2 full bath.

It was a great location and we liked the condo. There were two things that put a damper on things. The one shower was broke when we got there so everyone had to share one bathroom. Also the water was never on outside to spray the sand off our feet. I was disappointed that no one from Turnkey ever contacted us to make things right.
