Dine alfresco in the coastal breeze on the spacious balcony or relax for movie nights in the ocean-view living area. The amazing views continue in the primary suite, which offers an en-suite bathroom and balcony access. A full kitchen provides all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks.
Located in Ocean City, The Sea Watch offers guests everything a vacationer could want. Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience.

Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sea Watch has great location and amenities. The condo has the best views of the ocean. Sitting on the balcony we watched the dolphins swim by during the day and fireworks for the 4th of July each night. The only negative was arriving to a condo that needed to be cleaned and a door lock that continued to be an issue.

Unit was great overall! Great view of the ocean, shoreline and to the back view of Ocean ave and the bay. Unit was clean, had everything one needs, ample linen, iron, and even the beach equipment room directly outside the unit was fully stocked. If I had one gripe it would be the ensuite bathroom shower was a little tight, outdated, dark and uninviting. I preferred using the hallway shower for these reasons. But that alone did not have any bearing on our enjoyable stay!

Absolutely top notch. The booking process was easy. The communication from the time you book until the time you check out shows they really care about your stay. The room was prefect, just as they described and came with everything they promised. Will definitely use them again and will refer them to everyone.
