There's even a flatscreen TV in the living room and each of the two bedrooms, ensuring that you'll be entertained every moment you're not on the beach.
Situated just across the dunes from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

We have stayed in the Fountainhead for many years. This unit is fantastic! Very clean, loved the location in the building and the unit is nicely updated. The master bath shower is a nice feature. Loved the oversized bay side balcony too. We can't wait to come back next year!

The check-in process was cumbersome. There were 2 lines outside. An A-L line & M-Z line. It took way too long for the staff member to find the names on the labels on the packets. Sometimes he looked through them 2 or 3 times. Perhaps someone should write the last name in large letters in black marker on the top of the envelope to make it easier to read.

This was a great unit for our family of 4. It provided great views of the beach and pool area and comfortable living room seating for movies after a long day at the beach. The building seems to have less units than some of the larger condos in the area which made elevator access much easier. The pool area always had seating as well. We definitely recommend and would come back here!

There wasn't anything we didn't love about this unit and it's location! It was easily the cleanest, most charming beach home we've stayed in. The ocean view was amazing and the large open deck with access from the master bedroom and living room was a bonus. The updated kitchen was absolutely beautiful and large dining room table was perfect for meals and playing boardgames.
Building staff was friendly and communication with Vacasa was exceptional. We would definitely book this unit again!
