Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Suite 305 at the Silver Moon was perfect for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen was newly renovated with a double oven. Lots of cookware to prepare meals, if you wish.
The laundry room was a big help with washing/drying beach towels as you are not permitted to dry beach towels on the balcony railing.
The elevators and luggage carts were a big help getting our bags and groceries to the 3rd floor. Plenty of small shops nearby for coffee/bagels. Food Lion was just down the street.
The beach access was fantastic. We traveled with two family members recovering from surgery and it was easy for them to reach the beach. The showers and hose on the side of the complex to clean off chairs and our beach cart were very handy.
The small pool was nice for a cool down after the beach. My only complaint about the Silver Moon is they had no umbrellas to shade yourself by the pool and very little shade in the afternoon sun.
10/10 all around. Highly recommend this location if you can book it!
